Ranazul's menu is a delightful fusion of innovative small plates and hearty entrees, perfect for an evening of sharing and discovery. The small plates, such as the Arepa with shrimp and crab drizzled in tarragon butter sauce, and the zesty Ceviche bursting with shrimp and calamari, invite adventurous eaters to explore a world of flavors. Each dish is crafted with skill and intention, ensuring a vibrant taste experience that’s both satisfying and memorable.
Moving on to the entrees, diners can indulge in the tender Peruvian Chicken, marinated in spices and served with a rich Dijon mustard sauce that elevates the dish. For seafood lovers, the Salmon Medallion crusted with cashews and accompanied by grilled pineapple is a standout choice, offering a perfect balance of textures and flavors. The star of the show may very well be the 12oz. Ribeye, cooked to perfection and served with creamy truffle potatoes—a true carnivore's delight.
The journey doesn’t end there; dessert at Ranazul is equally enchanting. The Molten Chocolate Cake is a must-try, featuring a rich chocolate center that oozes decadence, paired beautifully with vanilla ice cream. Each sweet bite serves as the perfect conclusion to a beautifully curated meal.

Guests rave about the attentive service and warm atmosphere, making it an ideal spot for special occasions, casual catch-ups, or even a celebratory dinner, as noted by customer Denise Hallums who cherished a recent South African Wine Dinner at the restaurant. “ Visited this restaurant for a special South African Wine Dinner and enjoyed a four course meal with delicious aperitifs between each course. The menu was unique, featuring a variety of flavors, including butternut squash salad, pistachio crusted salmon, lamb chops, couscous, and the best whipped mashed potatoes ever! In addition to the food and wine, the experience was augmented with table visits by the owners, who stopped by and discussed the wines and vineyards. Quite the treat and a departure from the typical night out. I'm looking forward to attending future special events at Ranazul. ”
“ New hidden gem in Columbia! Sited in the former Hickory Ridge grill in the Hickory Ridge village center.Incredible food, unbelievable service, modern, comfortable and very cool space. Cocktails and prices not to be believed! Thank you, Robbie! Much success. Can't wait to come back!! ”
“ I've dined in the area so many times and finally stopped into Ranazul. My friend and I celebrated a job promotion. We got there right around 5 PM and shortly after the bar was packed. We ordered everything from the calamari, ceviche, salmon avocado sashimi, pork stroganoff, and their shrimp orzo. The sashimi was delicious and plenty of fish per dish. The stroganoff was really good with the tender pork tenderloin and mushroom sauce. My friend and I agreed the shrimp orzo was one of the best dishes. The shrimp was cooked perfectly and the orzo with the brown butter sauce makes this dish a must order. Service here was perfect. Even with a full bar we were served really quickly. This is a fun place to enjoy some drinks and yummy tapas. ”
